You bought a ticket, or you are about to. Where it lives, how to keep it, how to pass it on, and how refunds work.

  1. Buying a ticket

    Pick a ticket type, enter your details, and pay. Your seats are held while you do it, and the total is worked out for you.

  2. Paying by UPI, and what a UTR is

    Some organizers collect payment straight into their own UPI account. You pay, then send them the reference number.

  3. Where your ticket is, and how to keep it

    Your ticket is a link, and the link is the ticket. Screenshot the QR, save the link, and keep it to yourself.

  4. Passing your ticket on

    Cannot make it? Offer your ticket to someone else. It stays yours and keeps working until they claim it.

  5. Getting a refund

    Refunds are issued by the organizer, not by us. What to expect, and why you may be asked for your UPI id.
