For organizers

Set up an event, choose how buyers pay you, and run the money side: orders, deliveries, transfers and refunds.

  1. Create your organization

Your first screen after signing up. Events, tickets and payouts all belong to an organization, and you are its owner.

  2. Create and publish an event

Draft an event, add at least one ticket type, then publish. Nothing is visible to the public until that last step.

  3. Ticket types and capacity

Price, capacity, per-order limits, sales windows and meal coupons — and why a ticket type is archived rather than deleted.

  4. Setting the door PIN

The PIN your staff type to open the scanner. It is shown once when you set it, and we store only a hash of it.

  5. Choosing how buyers pay

Every event sells on one of two rails: the Razorpay gateway, or direct UPI into your own account. What each one costs you.

  6. Getting paid through Razorpay

The gateway rail: instant confirmation, automatic ticket delivery, and how the platform fee and gateway fee affect your payout.

  7. Getting paid to your own UPI id

The direct rail: buyers pay your UPI address, the money never passes through us, and you confirm each payment by hand.

  8. Verifying a UPI payment

A buyer submits a UTR, you check your bank app, and you approve or reject. Only approving issues a ticket.

  9. When you get paid

How money reaches you on each rail: instantly on direct UPI, and as a recorded settlement on the Razorpay rail — plus what each figure on a settlement means.

  10. Reading the orders list

Leads versus paid orders, what conversion means here, the filters, paging and rows per page, and the two CSV exports.

  11. Sending and resending tickets

How a ticket reaches its buyer, what to do when it does not arrive, and who a resend actually reaches.

  12. Transferring a ticket to someone else

Hand a seat on without voiding it. The QR keeps working, nothing is minted, and a ticket can change hands once.

  13. Refunds

Refund everything, pick individual attendees, or return money without voiding a seat — and what happens to the fee.

  14. Refunding a direct UPI payment

Money we never held cannot be sent back automatically. Ask the buyer where it should go, pay it, then record the transfer.

  15. Branding and organization settings

Your logo, banner, brand colour and support contacts — plus what happens to an image after you upload it.

  16. Asking attendees for a file

Collect a PDF or photo — an ID, a medical form, a consent slip — as part of registration, and open it later from the order.

  17. Registration questions

Ask buyers for anything beyond a name and an email — a size, a date of birth, a waiver to tick — and control who is asked what.

  18. Promo codes

Create a discount buyers type at checkout, cap how many times it can be used, and switch it off without undoing orders already placed.

  19. The attendee list

Everyone coming to one event, one row per ticket, with every answer they gave — on screen and as a spreadsheet.
