Refunds come from the organizer, not from us
We run the ticketing; the organizer runs the event, sets the refund policy and decides each request. There is no refund button on your ticket page, and we cannot issue one on your behalf.
Asking for one
Contact the organizer. Their support email is at the bottom of your ticket page and in your confirmation email. Include your order reference — it is on the confirmation and on the ticket page, and it is the fastest way for them to find you.
How the money comes back
Two ways, depending on how you paid.
Being asked for your UPI id
For that second case the organizer sends you a link to a page that asks for your UPI id. It shows the event, the amount and your booking reference so you can check it is really yours.
What that page does, and what it does not
It records where the money should go. It does not transfer anything — a person at the organizer makes the payment afterwards, from their own banking app.
Check the UPI id carefully before you submit. UPI transfers cannot be recalled once sent, and you can only answer once — deliberately, so that a leaked link cannot redirect your refund to somebody else. If you get it wrong, ask the organizer to send a new link.
The link expires after 14 days.
What a refund does to your ticket
A refunded ticket stops working and shows as Refunded on your ticket page. It will not admit you.
There is one exception: an organizer can return money without cancelling your ticket — a partial make-good where you are still coming. In that case your ticket keeps working normally.
If you have already been scanned in
Once a ticket has been used at the door the seat has been used, so it cannot be refunded in the ordinary way. The organizer can still choose to return money as a goodwill payment. That is entirely their call.
