Buying a ticket

Pick a ticket type, enter your details, and pay. Your seats are held while you do it, and the total is worked out for you.

Pick a ticket, fill in your details, pay. Your ticket arrives by email as a link.

On the event page

Choose a ticket type and a quantity. The page shows the price each and any limit on how many one person can take.

If the button is not available, the page says why — tickets are not on sale yet, no ticket type is on sale right now, or sales closed. None of those mean something is broken.

Your details

Name, email, and optionally a phone number.

The phone box takes a plain 10-digit Indian number — 9876543210. You do not have to type a + or a country code, and it does not matter whether you put spaces or dashes in it. When you move off the field it is rewritten as +919876543210, which is what gets stored; if that is not your number, you can correct it before paying. A number from outside India works too, as long as you type the + and the country code.

The phone number is optional. Leaving it blank is fine — your ticket is emailed either way.

The email address is where your ticket goes

Check it before you pay. Everything about a ticket — the link, the QR, every resend — goes to this address. A typo here is the single most common reason a ticket seems not to have arrived.

Some events ask more: a t-shirt size, a dietary requirement, an emergency contact. If you are buying several tickets you may be asked some of them once per person, with the form labelled "Attendee 1 of 3" and so on.

The marketing checkbox is off by default and stays your choice — your ticket is sent either way.

Paying

Your seats are held while you pay, and the total is worked out on our side rather than in your browser.

Two things can happen:

Two ways to pay

A free ticket skips payment entirely.

If something goes wrong

  • "Only N left" — someone bought while you were filling in the form. Reduce the quantity.
  • "These tickets just sold out." — the same race, with nothing left.
  • "This event cannot take payment right now" — a setup problem at the organizer's end. Contact them; there is nothing you can do from here.

After you pay

You get an email with a link to your ticket. If it has not arrived after a few minutes, check spam, then contact the organizer with the order reference from the confirmation screen.

Next: Where your ticket is, and how to keep it about where your ticket is, and how to keep it.
